Stoique. My main mans. This dog has so many dreams, visions, goals, hopes, and happiness wrapped up in him that I could write pages. He has never let me down. Not once has he ever fallen short of my expectations. This was the first import I brought to the USA. It was his mother, Jumanji, last litter before retirement and I knew that I had to do everything I could to be considered for a puppy. Cecile was amazing to work with and has blessed me with more than I could ever thank her for. Stoique is neutral with dogs. He has great prey drive, and his herding instinct is wonderful to watch in action. We have been focusing on the conformation ring here and these last 2 years where we have achieved wonderful wins. Stoique is the first Harlequin Beauceron to win the herding group, especially over the #1 Herding Dog in the USA at the time, a beautiful GSD. I love nothing more than running around the ring with my best friend, but I am so excited to explore other avenues with him. He has earned his NOHS Bronze and Silver Lifetime achievement.

Health Testing
Stoique is a very moderate male. He has a beautiful correct front with a beautiful layback and upper arm paired with a correct rear. He is a tad short in loin and does have a slightly sloping croup. The length of the croup is wonderful. I want to see a tad longer tail, but the set and carriage are correct. He has a nice expression, his measurements of head planes are correct, though I would like to see slightly less stop and a flatter top skull. He has a nice strong underjaw but he is a little dewy. His underline is stunning for a male. He has wonderful substance. Nice tight cat feet but I would like to see stronger pasterns. His coat is beautiful and correct. His harlequin coloring is well-distributed and bright. His rust markings are a rich squirrel red.
