Our wonderful Patron. I don't think you could use any clearer definition of Beauceron to describe this guy. A true Jack of All Trades. His owner, Alissa, has given him every opportunity under the sun to shine. But, most importantly, he is a big brother to his four amazing kiddos. He came and spent several months with me, getting stranded during a layover and getting off the plane clear across the country without missing a step. He attended the 2022 Journee, where he was one of five males to be awarded an excellent plus rating. He then flew back home to Oregon and, once again, didn't miss a step, going to one of Portland's largest shows a few days later and walking away with several achievements. He has sired multiple titled progeny and is now a grandfather!

Health Testing
Rye is a wonderfully masculine dog without being heavy. Wonderful substance with a strong presence. Correct coat and rich markings. Beautiful headpiece with correct proportions and lines. Nice strong topline of correct length. He has a correct croup and tail set. His shoulder lay back is appeasing with a nice tie in of the neck, I would like to see a slightly longer upper arm. His depth and width of chest is correct. He has a nice underline to him. His femur lacks some angulation and is long. Correct hock and nice tight cat feet. His pasterns are correct length. Not a lot I can complain about with this one!
