We are so excited to be offering multiple training programs for you and your dog! We are balanced method trainers. Every dog is different with their own unique training requirements, as no two dogs are the same. Each of our training programs may have universal goals for our 4 legged cadets, but each approach in their training is tailored by us for their needs. We are happy to provide more information for and answer any questions you have pertaining to our offered training programs.

Our Board & Train Programs
The packages are offered for owners who are wanting their puppies trained while in our care. If you have a outside that you wish to place in one of these programs please reach out to use and we can customize a package for you and your dog.
Companion Puppy Package: This package is for owners who are wanting to have their puppy coming home started on basic obedience, socialization, house trained, and crate trained as well as all their puppy shots completed. Your puppy will come home with the added foundational obedience work of leash manners, heeling, sit, down, and stay. As well as reaction and recovery response, dealing with stress, resource guarding, nipping & biting redirection, and basic grooming (nail trims, bathing, brushing, handling). This package starts at 10 weeks old and is a 6 week program. This is specifically geared to build upon the foundation that we raise our puppies with the Puppy Culture program. This includes daily care and all activities (public & private) that we will be doing with your puppy, but food is billed separately as owners have their own preference for what they'd like to feed (we are able to accommodate a raw fed diet as well). $2,000
Show Puppy Package: This package is for owners that are wanted to their puppy coming home ready to step foot in the show ring and start their careers. This program is geared towards conformation and ring handling, but also includes obedience work of leash manners, heeling, sit, down, and stay. As well as socialization, reaction and recovery response, dealing with stress, resource guarding, nipping & biting redirection, and basic grooming (nail trims, bathing, brushing, handling). While with us your puppy will learn to hand stack, stand for exam, show bite, gait properly, give expression, be fully groomed in a professional setting, beginning to free stack, and complete in multiple (at least 3) AKC B-Matches and 4-6 Month Puppy competitions. This is specifically geared to build upon the foundation that we raise our puppies with the Puppy Culture program and is a 14 week course starting at 10 weeks old. This includes daily care and all activities (public & private) that we will be doing with your puppy, but food is billed separately as owners have their own preference for what they'd like to feed (we are able to accommodate a raw fed diet as well). $4000

We are so excited to be working with Wet Noses & Wagging Tails in Vancouver, Wa to be able to offer group classes to the community! Our number one priority is to allow you and your dog to build a positive and confident relationship that lasts a life time based on the foundational training we provide. A well mannered dog allows you to have a stress free relationship with no resent or frustration. It also makes life safer for your pet! Beginner Puppy Obedience Course: The Beginner Puppy Obedience course is geared towards families that have welcomed a new puppy into their home and owners who want to start training with their puppy under a year old. Both are wanting to build a positive connection with their puppy through mental and physical stimulus. This class has been made to start understanding simple exercises for both the puppy and their owners. We will be accomplishing foundational socialization, potty training & Crate Training techniques, basic leash and collar manners, sit, down, stay, wait, reaction and recovery response, dealing with stress, resource guarding, nipping & biting redirection, and basic grooming (nail trims, brushing, handling). These are all incredibly important foundations for your puppy to have. Please keep in mind that these are all basic steps in your puppies training that you will need to build upon either at home or in our Intermediate and Advanced Puppy Obedience Classes. This is a 6 week course with classes once a week. Provided during your training session are: a clicker, 6ft training lead, training treat pouch, puppy exercise booklet (to take home), lure treat, 30ft long line, and AKC S.T.A.R Puppy evaluation test. $250
Intermediate Puppy Obedience Course: The Intermediate Puppy Obedience Course is designed for puppies and their owners who wish to continue building a positive relationship with their dog through mental and physical stimulus. You and your puppy should have a basic understanding of leash manners, sit, down, stay, wait. We will be ingraining these commands as well as building on them for recall training, introduction to the place and crate commands. We will also be revisiting your puppies reaction and recovery response, dealing with stress, resource guarding, nipping & biting redirection and going more in-depth while training in acceptance and impulse control. This class is focused on improving the attention and focus of your puppy while building the confidence of you and your puppies relationship! Classes are offered Tuesdays & Thursdays from 7:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at Wet Noses & Wagging Tails. Provided during your training session are: a clicker, 6ft slip training lead, training treat pouch, puppy exercise booklet (t0 take home), lure treats, and a 30ft long lead. $250
Advanced Puppy Obedience Course: The Advanced Puppy Obedience Course is designed for owners and their puppies who are ready and excited to fine tune their training for a rock solid foundation on and off the leash! Your puppy should be familiar with: heel, sit, down, stay, wait, stand, place, and leave it commands. We will briefly revisit the courses of our Beginner & Intermediate Puppy obedience exercise for a refresher and then get right into training commands at a distance. We will also be training in exercises that are included in the AKC Rally Novice Competition building on body control, refining hand & verbal cues, and improving attention & response. Our goal for the end of this course is for you to have a successful and positive training relationship with your dog and be ready for your first Rally Competition if you would decide to trial! Provided during your training session are: a clicker, 6ft slip training lead, training treat pouch, puppy exercise booklet (to take home), lure treats, and a 30ft long lead. $250
Private Sessions: Our private sessions are an hour long and available on Sundays from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. These are for owners and their pets that are not comfortable in a group setting yet or you wish to have exclusive one on one time with certain training obstacles you wish to overcome. These are scheduled independently via phone or email. $80
AKC Canine Good Citizen Evaluations: We are excited to be able to offer the Canine Good Citizen (CGC) test to our community! The CGC is a test that includes 10 basic skills that allows your dog to have a good set of manners and you to have confidence in your pup. This is the next step after your AKC Star Puppy Course! After passing, AKC will mail you your CGC Certificate after you send in the evaluation. These evaluations are available by appointment on Sundays from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. and take about 15 minutes. $35
